How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 28 days from production on embroidered garments and within 42 days for sublimated garments.

 

How can I place an order?

To place an order simply follow the step by step design process. Its fast and easy.

 

What customisation options are available?

You can add individual names, numbers, custom text and logos. We can also customise your garment with full colour digital graphics with our sublimation range.

 

Can I upload my own logo?

Yes.  As long as it’s high quality

 

How can I pay for my order?

AUTHENTIC offers customers the options to pay via credit card, direct deposit.

 

Is there any shipping charge?

No.  

 

Can I contact AUTHENTIC to discuss my order?

How do I select the correct sizes for my items?

Just go to the easy to use sizing chart. All measurements are half-chest measurements in centimetres.

 

Can I change an order after I place it?

AUTHENTIC will try to accommodate any changes to an order, however if the order has already been processed there will be an additional fee to cover any required changes.

 

How do I care for my garments?

AUTHENTIC uniforms have washing instructions on the tag.

 

What is your return policy?

If for some reason there is a manufacturing defect with your product, please return your item for exchange. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in the original condition that you received them.

For us to process your return, please include the original receipt with your name, email address and order number along with the items you are returning.

We will not except custom orders for return where customers have selected incorrect sizes or have provided incorrect print details. If we are at fault for any incorrect printing or design details we will replace item as soon as we are aware of it.
