Ordering

When ordering uniforms you can either create your own design or replicate a design from an existing team uniform. You must specify team name, player names (optional), player numbers, sizes, and material. Once you have provided this information and signed off on artwork design, all orders are final. Any changes may incur additional costs. For new orders the minimum order quantity is 8 per team. If it is a repeat order for a previously ordered team uniform, there is no minimum quantity. Samples can be supplied for additional costs. If you require a sample please allow 4 weeks for delivery, and an additional 4 weeks must be allowed for delivery of full order.

Payment

50% deposit is required at time of order and full payment is due before delivery of uniforms.

- Direct deposit
- Credit Card
- Cash
- Cheque

Returns

Authentic Sportswear will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund, or repair where:
·         The product is faulty, or
·         The product is not fit for its intended purposes, or
·         The product does not match the sample or description, and
·         You can present your Authentic Sportswear register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase

Please note. If you cannot present your Authentic Sportswear register receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase Authentic Sportwear reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.
 
Authentic Sportswear reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Extra Information

Upon delivery, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Discrepancies found more than 7 days after receiving your order will not be honoured.

Weekend delivery is not available and we only process shipments Monday through Friday.

We do not ship using 3rd-party shipping accounts.

We will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God.
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
The price of an item is final at the time of sale.
